To enable us to submit an accurate quote,  please view the list below and type in your relevant details.

All cleaning carried out is subject to being reachable by a step ladder.   Not included in our cleaning is the removal of oil stains from driveways or garage floors  and the  washing of ceilings.    We do not clean wheelie bins unless specifically requested,  but will take bins to the roadside for garbage collection.

Our quote is subject to the property being in reasonable and fair condition.   If the property has been severely neglected or wantonly damaged, please let us know so we can calculate this into our quote.   If the bathroom has heavily inground mould in the grouting or silicone,  then a mould killer may have to be used several times for a few days.     If the oven is coated with baked-on grease, to save time and money  we  suggest that you spray it with an oven cleaner the day before our cleaning attendant arrives.
